James entered the re-decorated great hall. It had been hung with the colors of each of the four houses and the tables had been covered with small gifts for the students: boxes filled with many different kinds of candy. He took one glance over the entire thing and noted that everything seemed to be in order. Flicking his wand he sounded a great bell which symbolized that the feast was to begin. As he waited for the students and staff to show up he climbed up to the staff table at the end of the hall and sat down in his large chair.

The Feast. Miss Gray had heard th there was gong to be a feast, to start the term with. it would be exciting and there would be a speech about the new term. As she entered the Great Hall though, she noticed that there wasn't much of anyone there. The place had been decorated nicely though.

"Good Evening" Miss Gray said to the Headmaster and she took a seat and took a good look around. "Nice evening isn't it?" she asked. Although she would be the type of person that would stay quiet, it would feel rather odd just sitting there in the quiet not saying anything at all. Lucy wondered then when all the other staff and students would enter.
